River Dreams On Canvas

I love the beauty of nature and that alone seems to inspire me putting it all on canvas or paper. The Animas River is just one of the most beautiful rivers.  During the early fall the landscape is full of colors , like an artist palate bright in all shades of paint.  Painting the "Animas River" was one of many paintings that made me feel like I was writing a book, only the words came through the brush rather than the pen.

The Animas River  painting took second place in the Helen Norris Open Art Show May 6th 2012
